like is on backorder what now?
We
anticipate our site will have over 500 active items from as many as 265
manufacturers. While we strive to anticipate seasonal variations, lead
times, shipping times, inventory levels, and production times sometimes,
“despite considerable effort” popular items sell out fast. Some manufacturers
have limited production and products must be ordered months in advance
Some items due to the high level of customization can only be manufactured
when ordered. Other products are so heavy that shipping them to MySizeUSA.com
from the manufacturer and then reshipping them to our valued customers
would make them so expensive it would be cost prohibitive. While we inventory
many items we also try to drop ship items from multiple locations to keep
our shipping costs to you as low as possible. You can be confident that
we are busy reordering all the time in an effort to keep stock up at all
times and apologize for running out on occasion. Please email customer
service and we will do our best to put you at the top of the list as soon
as a reorder is received.

How often are new products introduced?
We introduce new products
as often as possible. However, our products are often unique and need
to be tested to insure they will meet your standards. Many of our new
products come from Customer Suggestions. Please read our “The Itch that
created a Nitch” section. You can also email your product suggestions
to myitch@MySizeUSA.com
. From the time a potential product is identified, quality tested, filmed
and inventoried it can take 6 months, sometimes longer. So please don’t
think we are insensitive if it takes some time to get your suggestion
into the site. If you submit a suggestion that we can include, we will
email you back.

Customer Suggestions, Please, Please Please email us! We Listen!
Do we listen? Yes!
We take every suggestion and email it to everyone in our company. If the
product exists we will order several and test them with our Plus Size
Acceptance groups. After an exhaustive sourcing effort and patent checks
we may find the right product doesn’t exist. We then do a feasibility
study and investigate the potential of manufacturing it ourselves. If
you have hunted through endless malls, and all over the internet you already
know how challenging finding the right product can be. Please, Please,
Please if you find something we are not offering, an improved version
or a product that fills an itch you can’t reach, Please, Please, Please

4.
How long does it take to get my order?
Stocking items will
ship those items within 24 hours. Most items ship Monday through Friday
from California. Some items may drop ship from other locations. Generally,
the further away you are from California, the longer it takes. Shipments
to the East Coast may take 5-7 days. You will receive a tracking number
and instructions on how to track your package. You probably already know
what happens at Christmas so please allow some extra time for delivery.

5.
Return policy?
We will gladly honor an exchange or refund for any full price item
in original item in original packaging returned to us within 30 days.
State and Federal Laws will not allow us to return hygienic items. These
items are clearly marked on the web site. If the packaging on a hygienic
item has been opened, it cannot be returned, even if unused. The Mac-Daddy
Deal section items are significantly discounted often below cost and are
not returnable.
To ensure proper credit for a return, please include a copy of your
original invoice, using the reverse side to let us know if you would like
a refund, or if you want to make an exchange. Return shipping charges
are not refundable, but you will not be charged for any additional shipping
charges on exchanges of equal or lesser value.
Need it now? If you need to make an exchange but do not have the
time to wait for your return shipment to make it back to us, we have you
covered. Simply call and let us know what you would like, the new item(s)
will be charged and shipped, and the returnable item will be credited
when it arrives.

6.
Did you receive my return?
It
can take up to 4 weeks for your return to be completely processed. Why?
1. Shipping Time: Depending on how your item is shipped, it could
take 7-10 days for us receive it.
2. Return Product Inspection: Upon receipt of your package, a returns
specialist inspects each product thoroughly. If the product is not acceptable
you will be contacted via email. We try to inspect twice weekly.
3. The Process =Paperwork: As your returned product goes through
the process of being checked in, Inspected, and processed it is (in transit)
until it is entered into the system and we may not be able to provide
information until it “hits the books” Work with us, we have many nice
people trying really hard to keep a smile on your face.

Mac-Daddy Deals = Great Sales Deals
What does Mac-Daddy Deal mean?
While
it seems many variations of the meaning for Mac-Daddy exist we choose
to consider it a pleasant alternative to saying Clearance, Closeout, Sale,
Discontinued, Returns, Blow Out etcetera.
What a Mac-Daddy deal isn’t!
Mac-Daddy
Deals have not been hanging in a store window, or on some close out rack.
They have not been in the back of a dusty warehouse for months or have
an outdated floral print popular in the 80’s.
What a Mac-Daddy Deal is!
Product
Manufacturers do not always have photos available that are web site compatible.
So,
MySizeUSA.com often has to film products in house. Sure we could just
reseal the box and put them in inventory but we just do not feel this
is truly a factory fresh new product. They are shipped in the manufacturer’s
original packaging with all of the original manuals and contents. The
outer UPS box may not match but will protect the product just fine.
So
if you can live with a new product that has had its picture taken and
is web famous this is a great section to shop in
Other reasons for the Mac-Daddy Deal Section:

Special Discounted
Purchases from vendors who are going to closeout a particular product
and introduce a different model.

A fully inspected
returned item often in the original packaging
·
We are down to
one or two items in a color that will not be offered the following season
·
Sometimes a great
product exists that we feel is priced out of the market. So we will give
it a try in Mac-Daddy to see how well a product is received prior to ordering
in bulk.

Often when a
supplier receives enough volume from MySizeUSA.com they will offer to
ship to our customers directly. The reduced shipping costs allow us to
reduce the price but often we have some new product in stock. Due to the
nature of web site integration it is more effective to discount the existing
inventory as the change from stocking to fulfillment is implemented.

8. Walking a fine Line/ Products we do not offer:
Not
a week goes by when we are not contacted by a dating site or X-Rated site,
insisting we link or carry their products. While MySizeUSA.com would profit
significantly by doing so we would also alienate many of Customers, Big
and Tall and Plus Sized retail store owners with whom we reciprocate.
The question of where do you draw the line also comes into consideration.
We carry many products for Kids and created a simple system for evaluating
potential products. Our customers should be able to have their child on
their lap and go through our site without any concerns of inappropriate
exposure.
Our
goal is to provide a quality shopping experience offering unique and hard
to find products for the Plus Sized Community. We will strive to provide
meaningful links to sites of value that we feel would be of interest to
the community we service. Many of these links can be found through the
search engines, others may not have been so easy to locate, and some may
even have membership requirements. Based on feedback from our customers
and affiliates you may see associate links removed and added on an ongoing
