Shipping

We try to insure that all items are in stock and ready to ship. If an item requires customization we mark it as “Made to Order” and clearly identify that a lead time will apply on the view pages. Our site will have over 500 active items and as many as 265 vendors. We take quality control seriously, and in some cases it is necessary for us to reject a shipment. This is much better than shipping an item which will not be received by you, our valued customer well.

We strive to keep as close to a real time inventory system as possible. Should an item become back ordered we will immediately notify you. Your credit card will not be billed for any back-ordered items until they actually leave our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Canadian orders: Please note that UPS will collect applicable duty and taxes upon delivery. Export Declarations are completed for free however the cost of the Declaration is added to the shipping cost and included during the checkout process. Duty and taxes are not included in the price of items shown on the MySizeUSA web site and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Most orders ship Standard UPS or U.S.P.S. Shipping charges added at checkout and include the cost of shipment preparation, handling, packaging, as well as the actual delivery charge to the requested address.

Why most? Certain items will be shown which already include the cost of shipping. They will be marked (Shipping Included) these items are only available via UPS ground.

Certain items may be too heavy or exceed the sizes allowed for traditional UPS shipping methods. These are generally referred to as (Oversized Items) In these circumstances a special quote from a ground shipping company will need to be obtained. Charges will not be billed until approval for the special shipping cost is obtained.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard Shipping is UPS Ground. Standard Orders are shipped on the day following receipt.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Orders received by 10:30 A.M. EST will be shipped the same business day.
Orders received after 10:30 EST are not guaranteed to ship until the following business day.
*For Overnight, 1 Day UPS Shipping Add $20.00 to the Standard Shipping charge. (Oversized items excluded)
*For 2-day UPS shipping add $15.00 to the Standard Shipping charge.

*Additional charges do apply to outlying states including Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK). If an item includes shipping in the price that shipping must take place within the Continental United States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or any International shipments. Additional charges will be reflected in website order checkout.

RUSH DELIVERY
If you need your order by a specific date, please call us at (877) 737-8823, 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday, PST or email us at customerservice@mysizeusa.com to request rush delivery. We'll tell you the availability of the item(s) you want to order and help to insure a timely delivery.

Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day Shipping (Continental United States only)
Depending on your selection, your shipment is guaranteed to arrive one (1) to three (3) business days after your order has left our location (weekends and holidays excluded). Orders placed after 10:30 EST are not guaranteed to ship until the following business day. Saturday deliveries are not currently available. Rush and Overnight Delivery shipments may require a signature. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. Additional charges may apply to outlying areas and to HI and AK. If any additional shipping charges apply, they will be shown at check out additional charges will not be reflected in website order checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail and expected delivery is between 6 to 10 business days.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on total merchandise (exclusive of shipping charges) on orders delivered to California. For more information about the collection of Sales Tax for your particular state, please see our Sales Tax page.
